The importance of cleaning your print head

One of the most common complaints we get is “The printer isn’t printing properly” or “My text and bar code don’t look right”. The first thing we always say is “Have you cleaned your print head?”

Many operators seem to forget that the print head has 100’s of meters of black or coloured ink passing over it and over time some of the ink is left behind on the print head surface, not only that but dust and adhesive also ends up on the print head
