Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused and unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping fee will not be refunded unless there is a manufacturer defect.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Order Number.
2. Mail your returned item to: Comware Pty Ltd – 41 Amherst Avenue Trinity Gardens SA 5068
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. If you wish to return any items purchased please contact IDMart for approval.
All items are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. They must be returned un-used and in original condition (this includes packaging) otherwise it is possible that we may not be able to accept them back.
The fee will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If the items purchased are not correct or not what you thought they were and are in original condition, you may exchange your goods to the correct items. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

- Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) an additional 2% processing fee will apply to all credit cards
- Company Cheques (not personal cheques)
- Money Order

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day.
98% of Adelaide metro deliveries are delivered the next day, country / interstate takes 2 to 7 days depending on postcode.
If you require an urgent delivery please contact us before placing your order.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your order, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
No orders will be back ordered. Only complete orders will be shipped.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
